Who we are

Top Tier Butlers is a Bahamian-owned hospitality company founded in 2018 and led by managing partners Alvin Robinson and Wendell Curtis. We bring the discipline of professional butler service and the warmth of a genuine welcome to private homes, island stays, celebrations, and the teams that serve them.
No two households, guest lists, or occasions move in quite the same way. We listen to what matters: who is coming, how you want them to feel, the rhythm of your day, and the level of support you need. From there, we recommend the right people and shape a service plan around your setting. You should feel the care in the experience, without having to manage every detail yourself.

Our butlers and hospitality teams prepare carefully, communicate clearly, and serve with discretion and warmth. Event teams, additional staffing, and event rentals can come together around the occasion.
Through practical, NAECOB-registered training, we help organizations bring that same care to their own guests.

Alvin and Wendell share hands-on experience across butler service, luxury hospitality, events, training, and assessment. Both work with guests and develop the professionals who serve them, bringing the same care to each side of the business.
Wendell Curtis
Operations Specialist & Butler Training Facilitator
Wendell’s operational background spans luxury resorts, private residences, private-island environments, restaurants and major events, including restaurant and banquet management, head-butler operations, VIP service and in-room dining. He connects formal service standards with daily guest interactions and staff performance.

Alvin Robinson
Butler Trainer & Hospitality Educator
Alvin leads the development, facilitation, assessment and quality assurance of professional training programmes. His training experience includes Butler Service, Customer Service, Food and Beverage Service, workplace readiness and professional development — with an emphasis on clear standards, participant confidence and demonstrated competence.
