• Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through our form, email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, location, dates, guest numbers and any message.
• Information collected automatically. Our website host records standard technical information, such as your browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived and your approximate location (country or city).

We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals, quotations and service plans.
• To deliver and coordinate the services you book with us.
• To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it, only where you have accepted analytics cookies.

Some of these providers store information outside The Bahamas, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Visitors from the European Union, the United Kingdom and other regions with data protection laws may have additional rights under those laws, including the right to complain to their local data protection authority. We handle personal information in line with the Data Protection (Privacy of Personal Information) Act of The Bahamas.
