Exceptional hospitality feels personal without ever feeling intrusive. Our butlers serve private homes, villas and luxury destinations for short stays and ongoing arrangements, with the team and service schedule shaped around your property, your guests and the experience you want to create.
Your butler supports guest service and food and beverage service, clears and washes dishes, and resets the areas used for service. General tidying keeps those spaces ready for guests. Detailed bedroom and bathroom cleaning can be included through a dedicated housekeeper in a tailored residence team.

A gratuity forms part of every booking. The guest chooses the amount, separate from the service rate; guidance is available on request.

A designated Head Butler can coordinate a team of butlers, stewards, housekeepers and culinary support according to the property, guest count and daily coverage required. Each residence team is tailored and quoted in full.
